I've been taking Flomax for several years due to an enlarged prostate.  I
have bathroom runs 2-3 times a night down from 6-8 some time ago.  Recently,
due to being intriqued by an Avodart commercial I asked my Doctor for a
prescription to take along with Flomax.  However, looking at the pharmacy
insert I'm having second thoughts.
For example, possible breast enlargement (I already have a start on man
boobs), rash, dizziness, trouble breathing, etc.

I'd appreciate some feedback from those who arre taking both Flomax and
Avodart or even Avodart alone.
Is Avodart helping (I know it takes 3-6 months to see if it works) with a
decrease in night, and day, runs and is the "possible side effects" really
true or just a rare possibility.

Thanks for any feedback.

See:

look under both Avodart and Proscar (similar drugs). Especially note
the guy who used Arimidex to reduce the estrogen level (your
gynomastia problem).
